This series comprises three models—the RZ350e, RZ450e, and the top-tier RZ550e—each equipped with advanced technology and improved performance metrics. Details of the New Lexus RZ Models
In the vibrant autumn season where electric vehicle innovation flourishes, Lexus introduces its latest trio of electric cars destined for the United States. The entry-level model, the RZ350e, boasts a powerful 74.69 kWh battery pack paired with a front-mounted motor delivering an impressive 221 horsepower. Capable of reaching speeds from zero to sixty miles per hour within 7.2 seconds, it promises an estimated range of approximately 300 miles on a single charge.
Moving up the range is the all-wheel-drive RZ450e, which incorporates an additional rear motor increasing its total output to 308 horsepower. With this boost, the car accelerates from zero to sixty miles per hour in just 4.9 seconds while maintaining a respectable range of about 260 miles.
The pinnacle of the collection is the RZ550e F Sport AWD, featuring a slightly larger 76.96 kWh battery. This flagship model generates a robust 402 horsepower, achieving the same acceleration benchmark in merely 4.1 seconds. Despite its superior power, the estimated driving range stands at around 225 miles.
All variants come standard with an NACS plug enabling rapid charging capabilities and an upgraded 11 kW onboard AC charger. Inside, the vehicles offer modern conveniences like a panoramic glass roof that toggles between transparent and opaque states and luxurious Ultrasuede interiors adorned with blue stitching.
Prices have yet to be officially disclosed; however, estimations suggest base models may commence near $45,000 whereas the high-end RZ550e could exceed $60,000 when sales launch later this year.
