สมาคมกีฬาทางน้ำแห่งประเทศไทย ได้จัดโครงการอบรมพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการกีฬาระดับชาติ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2567 สำหรับผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาว่ายน้ำระดับ 2 ภายใต้การดูแลของ World Aquatics เพื่อยกระดับความรู้และทักษะของผู้ฝึกสอนไทยให้เทียบเท่ามาตรฐานสากล โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมอบรมทั้งหมด 57 คน จากสโมสรสมาชิกทั่วประเทศ

การพัฒนาผู้ฝึกสอนตามแนวทาง World Aquatics

สมาคมกีฬาทางน้ำแห่งประเทศไทย ภายใต้การนำของ พลเอกศิริชัย ดิษฐกุล อุปนายกสมาคมฯ ได้ดำเนินการพัฒนาและยกระดับผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาว่ายน้ำตามแนวทางของ World Aquatics ซึ่งระบุว่า ผู้ฝึกสอนเป็นบุคลากรที่มีความสำคัญที่สุดในการสนับสนุนนักกีฬา โดยผู้ฝึกสอนที่ผ่านการอบรมในระดับ 2 นี้ จะสามารถต่อยอดไปสู่ระดับ 3 เพื่อยกระดับไปสู่การเป็นผู้ฝึกสอนระดับชาติและระดับนานาชาติได้ในอนาคต

การอบรมผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาว่ายน้ำระดับ 2

สมาคมกีฬาทางน้ำแห่งประเทศไทย ได้จัดโครงการอบรมผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาว่ายน้ำระดับ 2 (TSA Swimming Coaches Certification Course, L2) ระหว่างวันที่ 11 - 15 กันยายน 2567 โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมการอบรมทั้งหมด 57 คน จากสโมสรสมาชิกในภูมิภาคต่างๆ ทั่วประเทศ ซึ่งการอบรมในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการเพิ่มพูนความรู้ที่ได้รับมาเดิม การทบทวนหลักสูตรที่มีการปรับปรุงตามสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน เพื่อให้ผู้ฝึกสอนสามารถนำความรู้ที่ได้ไปเผยแพร่อย่างถูกต้อง และสามารถนำไปต่อยอดเป็นผู้ฝึกสอนระดับ 3 ต่อไป

ในพิธีปิดโครงการพัฒนาบุคลากรทางการกีฬาระดับชาติ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2567 การอบรมผู้ฝึกสอนกีฬาว่ายน้ำระดับ 2 ได้รับเกียรติจาก พลเอก เจริญ นพสุวรรณ เลขาธิการสมาคมกีฬาทางน้ำแห่งประเทศไทย เป็นประธานในพิธีปิด และมอบใบประกาศนียบัตรแก่ผู้ผ่านการอบรมทั้ง 57 คน เพื่อเป็นการยกย่องและเชิดชูเกียรติแก่ผู้ฝึกสอนที่ได้เข้าร่วมการอบรมและสอบผ่านทุกท่าน
