The 2027 Ram 1500 Rumble Bee lineup is structured around three engine options, each defining a different trim level. The base model, equipped with a 5.7-liter Hemi V-8 engine producing 395 horsepower, starts at an attractive price of $62,790. Despite being the entry-level option, this variant features a striking widebody design and the capability to disengage the front axle, perfect for generating dramatic tire smoke. This model boasts an impressive acceleration, achieving 0 to 60 mph in 6.1 seconds and completing a quarter-mile in 14.6 seconds, offering a blend of performance and visual appeal right from the start of the range.
For those desiring more power, the Rumble Bee 392 steps up the game with a 6.4-liter Hemi V-8 engine, delivering 470 horsepower. This mid-range model is priced at $72,790, an increase of $10,000 over the base version. Its enhanced engine allows for a quicker 0 to 60 mph time of 5.2 seconds and a quarter-mile finish in 13.2 seconds. Additionally, the 392 trim can be upgraded with a Track Pack for an extra $10,000, bringing the total to $82,790. This package introduces significant performance enhancements, including improved cooling with additional vents, better aerodynamics from a 4.5-inch front splitter and rear wing, a launch-control system, an electronically locking rear differential, Bilstein adaptive dampers, powerful Brembo brakes, and 325-section-width all-season tires, mirroring the chassis upgrades found in the top-tier SRT model.
Topping the range is the formidable Rumble Bee SRT, priced at $97,790. This ultimate performance truck is driven by a supercharged 6.2-liter Hemi V-8 engine, unleashing a colossal 777 horsepower. The SRT variant incorporates all the aerodynamic, braking, suspension, and cooling advancements of the 392 Track Pack, but with a substantial power boost of 307 additional horses. Thanks to its full-time four-wheel drive system and launch control, the SRT model achieves an astounding 0 to 60 mph in just 3.4 seconds, covers the quarter-mile in a mere 11.6 seconds, and reaches a top speed of 170 mph. The release schedule indicates that the base Rumble Bee will be available first, arriving in late 2026, with the Rumble Bee 392 and SRT models following in the first half of 2027.
The introduction of the 2027 Ram 1500 Rumble Bee series marks a significant moment for truck enthusiasts, combining raw power with advanced engineering. Each model, from the entry-level V-8 to the supercharged SRT, offers a unique driving experience tailored to different preferences.
