The study revealed that DC fast chargers located at hotels garnered the highest satisfaction score at 692, closely followed by those at gas stations and convenience stores (689), and restaurants (688). In contrast, chargers at dealerships scored significantly lower at 570, with those in standalone parking lots and garages receiving a score of 606.
