A coalition of sixteen states, including Maryland, has taken legal action against the Trump administration's executive order that froze approximately $3 billion in federal funding designated for electric vehicle (EV) infrastructure development. Beyond the EV infrastructure dispute, Maryland and twenty other states secured a temporary injunction against another Trump directive.
